I've got an open ticket and I haven't heard back after instructed to do many things on my computer. Is this normal?
One instruction was to uncheck all of the browser settings in MW, but problems are not solved and no idea why I'm doing this. Should I put them back to default?
After some research, several people suggested I use a Norton utility which did ID a new problem file which was called "FSRTenglish.exe" which I believe is one of the files I was instructed to use as directed by this site.
Now I'm wondering if this site is real given these circumstances. So yesterday, I opened a new ticket with attached files, and no response here either.
Care to explain what's going on, anyone?
