  1. I arrive in this topic having experienced a BSOD also. IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Which I found someone using Windbg to analyze. Windows store has a modern version of this, very nice: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/windbg-preview/9pgjgd53tn86 I opened the dump with it and it told me this: SYMBOL_NAME: mwac+1729 MODULE_NAME: mwac IMAGE_NAME: mwac.sys STACK_COMMAND: .thread ; .cxr ; kb BUCKET_ID_FUNC_OFFSET: 1729 FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: AV_mwac!unknown_function OS_VERSION: 10.0.19041.1 BUILDLAB_STR: vb_release OSPLATFORM_TYPE: x64 OSNAME: Windows 10 FAILURE_ID_HASH: {1a2bd2ad-2182-df15-59f1-351f5db50521} Followup: MachineOwner --------- 0: kd> lmvm mwac Browse full module list start end module name fffff804`ab5a0000 fffff804`ab5c4000 mwac T (no symbols) Loaded symbol image file: mwac.sys Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\mwac.sys Image name: mwac.sys Browse all global symbols functions data Timestamp: Wed Dec 2 15:59:00 2020 (5FC7ABB4) CheckSum: 0002273E ImageSize: 00024000 Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4 Information from resource tables: Googling mwac.sys told me it was short for "Malwarebytes Web Access Control". And googling "mwac.sys BSOD" linked me to this specific topic. From reading here, there should be a fix in next beta? Or is my issue too separate?
  2. I'm not sure how to reproduce it, it just happened that I suddenly got a popup saying real-time protection isn't on. I had a look and turns out ransomware protection is turned off and I can't turn it back on. It used to be turned on. I clicked "Turn On" several times but the popup just kept coming back. No option to turn it on has worked so far. I've attached the logs to this topic, as requested. mbst-grab-results.zip
