  1. It's still doing well. Better than 10 log -on's with no issues. The reinstall seems to have taken care of it. Thank you so much for the support here. Very good experience on this forum and support for Malwarebytes.
  2. Well we're batting 1000. Brought it back to life and logged on with no MBAM issue. This is the longest it's gone without an issue with web protection disabled. I'll keep using it in real time and see if the uninstall/reinstall took care of it. Once again, thank you for the support and interest with my problem. I'll post again later this evening. Best Regards,
  3. 5 log outs/log ons and it hasn't lost it's settings. The only variable now is when my power saving kicks in. (hard drive and monitor power down per Windows 10 power settings). That my play a part in this issue. That bridge gets crossed later tonight and tomorrow. Again, thanks for the support here and I'll let the forum know how it goes! Best Regards!
  4. MBAM installed, registered, updated. Kaspersky is also up to date with the latest build and newest definitions. (It was the latest build going into this so that didn't change). Going to log on and off a few times and see how it does. Read your last post, Lock. Point taken! Thank You!
  5. Removed and downloading latest version. We'll see if it remedied the issue in an hour or so once I get it up, re-registered and a few cycled log-ins and outs. Thanks for the support you guys. And yes Lock, I have no doubt that Kaspersky is an underlining culprit. But simply deleting it isn't how you fix an issue. especially when MBAM is suppose to play nice with Kaspersky and some other AV softwares. And these actions are not complicated.
  6. Gee Lock! I researched to make sure that Malwarebytes Premium would run 100% with Kaspersky products and all the technical info states it dd so yes! I'm running MBAM with Kaspersky so thank you very much for your very informative post. Firefox. KenW, here are the zipped logs the support tools spit out! This process is going to drag out as I have a job I still go to and I'm up at 5AM so needless to say, I don't camp out on the PC anymore. Again, Thanks in Advance. mbst-grab-results.zip
  7. Having an IT background I find my Malwarebytes Premium to be disappointing at best due to constantly needing to restart my PC to enable Real Time Web Protection in Windows 10. (Sometimes it starts, most times on logging back in, it doesn't)! My Malwarebytes install is up to date. Databases are up to date. My install and all console/front end or whatever you want to call it tells me it is up to date and the update bar is grayed out. My windows 10 version is up to date. I have Malwarebytes running in conjunction with Kaspersky Internet Security 18.xxxxx. I show no ghosts in my machine and no ther issues with any of my software or hardware. I tried the suggestions found on other forums to no avail. The answers I found here do not remedy the issues. My PC stays on for weeks at a time. I log out and log back in when needed and reboot when needed or if we get storms, are gone for an extended time, etc. I have gone through a few updates as I have been using the Premium upgrade for several months now and it has always been a nuisance! There has to be a fix for this issue besides constantly rebooting the PC. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If this is what I paid for with no fix available, it will be a one and done for me with this product! Thanks in Advance!
