Haven't had to visit these forums in years thankfully, however recently i installed a questionable file- it's made by a creator that ive downloaded things from before with no problems however this one has me worried.
I can't open this file, delete this file, or move this file, it's only visible in quick access.
Malwarebytes and Windows Defender have found nothing.

I had a dodgy download, half way through it went laggy so I ran a scan with malwarebytes. The only result was a PUP that was there before.
Im extremely paranoid, can you give me a way to check?

Details (from Windows Defender): This program is dangerous and executed commands from an attacker
currently running a scan with malware bytes, until I get the results can anyone share knowledge? Obviously I have deleted the PowerPoint
thanks
