We've been in business for over 5 years and we have a full time support staff who handles any refund requests in the event there is an issue. I see no reason for it to be listed as we do not see any credit card details and payment is handled by either Paypal/Coinbase. Any disputes are handled swiftly and we even have several support agents helping customers. If any information is needed to delist, please let me know and I'll be sure to get back to you with it.
