  1. Here are the files that were in that folder. Hopefully it saved all of the logs. SophosBootTasks.txt SophosVirusRemovalTool.log SophosVirusRemovalTool_cloud4.log
  2. Here are the files you asked for. I ran Sophos overnight last night, but it crashed (I think, it just closed all of a sudden without me doing anything) before I could manually extract a log, and now it won't run. I don't know if Sophos saves logs automatically or not, but if they do, I should be able to find it for you as long as I know where to find them. Thanks for all the help. VEW.txt Addition.txt FRST.txt
  3. I used FRST, and it applied a fix, but malwarebytes still won't open, so I'm unable to scan with that. I tried to download and open Zemana, however, when trying to set it up, it shows up with this error message. I haven't yet scanned with Sophos, I am about to do that. I have attached the fix log for FRST. I'll reply again with the results from Sophos when they show up. Thanks for your help. Fixlog.txt
  4. Here's the log results. mbst-grab-results.zip
  5. Every time I try to open Malwarebytes it doesn't work. No matter where I install it, it shows up with 'Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.'. The same thing happens if I run it as an administrator. The permissions don't seem out of the ordinary at all. I've run virus scans on multiple other software and nothing has fixed this issue. it has been happening for a few days, does anybody know how I could fix this?
