My Widows 10 Home Version 1909. Has been running very slow and locking up, getting progressively worse. At times, only a hard boot will allow a reset. I had a similar problem a couple of years and a staff member worked me through the issues. I downloaded some additional software and generated reports. Could someone assist me again? Many Thanks Vic
