  1. Porthos, After trying everything I could find on the internet to solve my problems with Outlook locking up I went ahead with the information you gave me and replaced Bitdefender with Norton on the computer that was giving me the most problems. No problems now for about 3 weeks. So is it Bitdefender causing the problems or is Malwarebytes not playing nice with Bitdefender. It seemed to come on around March or April of this year. Prior to this we had no problems. If there is an issue between Malwarebytes and Bitdefender are the two companies trying to resolve the issues to solve this problem? I am not excited about turning off Malwarebytes protection and I also like Bitdefender. Thanks for your help.
  2. Porthos, I would not say there is a lot of old Emails but I have trimmed down the amount of offline files we store in cached exchange mode. That did not seem to solve the problem. I will look into that and see if there is something that jumps out at me. It came on all at once and started affecting this hand full of users. I was thinking it was a Outlook issue initially but after multiple updates the problem has not gone away. This got me wondering if it was a protection issue that was too strong causing outlook to lockup and crash. I have run out of ideas.
  3. For the last two months we have encountered Outlook (2016 & 2019) on Windows 10 Machines locking up when the user is hitting reply or sending Emails randomly no rime or reason. Outlook will end up in "Not Responding" state and the only way to get out of it is to restart the computer. End Task does not work which causes frustration on the users part because they have to save all their work and restart the computer. We initially thought it was an office issue but we have had multiple Office updates with no resolution. We have about 12 people that are experiencing this issue. Just wanted to see if this was something that others have seen and if it might be related to better security with Malwarebytes? We are using Bitdefender Endpoint Security tools for our Anti-Virus. For Malwarebytes we are using Nebula. Thanks Matt
  4. I am retiring the old server that I was using for the Management Console so I installed the software on a different server. I have removed the licenses from the old server and shut it off but I cannot get the New Management Console to accept the licenses. "There is a problem with your license key and we are unable to activate your license". I am copying the keys directly from the Malwarebytes website. Any guidance on getting this to work would be appreciated.
  5. Would it be recommended that when our license ends we should be looking to move to MBEP Cloud?
  6. Dyllon, Thought I would check in again and see how things are going iterative build to 1.9 and if there was a planned release date?
  7. Dyllon, I wanted to reach out and see if there was anything new on the horizon that we should be looking for with the Managed console or updates to the protection modules that would bring them closer to the Cloud version? Want to stay on top of the latest protection.
  8. Thank you for the reassurance I am looking forward to what you bring out next. I will say the 1.9 management console seems to communicate better with the clients then with 1.8 so Thank You for that. Keep up the great work.
  9. The Question I have is will MBES the program on clients computers be upgraded in the future? I just installed the new Management Console 1.9.0.3671 and was hoping that the software that I pushed out to the clients would also be 1.9.x.xxxx but it still pushed out 1.8.x.xxxx. When I purchased a three year license back in June I was told that the client software would be updated when the Console was updated and that looks to not be the case. My fear back then was that I was buying outdated software but proceeded with the purchase because I was promised updates to the software were in the works.
  10. Thank You Dyllon for explaining that. I look forward to the day that the on-premise version agent can be upgraded to MB3. Until that time I look forward to see what you come up with for the Management console this fall. Keep up the great work keeping the bad guys at bay. Matt
  11. Dyllon, After rereading your response I wanted to clarify my first post. I was looking at the Business Products Release History and seeing that the "Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Business" program has not had any major work posted since May 26, 2016. You are have a point about the "Management Console" and the "Anti-Exploit" programs which have been upgraded recently and that is appreciated. The information that I am referencing came from https://www.malwarebytes.com/support/releasehistory/business/ I was wanting to see if there were plans to upgrade the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Business program in the near future? Thanks Matt
  12. Dyllon, Thanks for the update I am glad to see that the MB3 engine is making its way to the business side. Is there an estimated time frame that it will be available for MBES?
  13. We just purchased Endpoint Security about 2 weeks ago and noticed that there has not been any major upgrades to the products for about two years. In my searching I was excited to see that when 3.0 was released for the home user that in the Q & A that 3.0 was going to be released for Business sometime in 2017. I know that software development takes time so I am not surprised it has not been released yet but wanted to see if there was an updated time table for the release of 3.0 for Business. I have the home version and the scans are significantly faster with 3.0 than with the business version. Thanks. Matt
