  1. Thank you so much, Maurice. The scan is going right now, thanks to you.
  2. When I first started using Malwarebytes (many years ago), I could scan the c:/ drive on my computer, as well as the m:/ drive. I have no problem doing a scan of the c:/ drive. However, I cannot set up a scan of the m:/ drive. Please help. I need to be able to scan the external m:/ drive.
  3. Downloading the correct version, set everything straight, exile360. Thank you so very much.
  4. Here is the file. Hope it helps. I am running version 3.0.6. Just downloaded and installing 3.5.1. Thanks so much for any help you can give to me. It is most appreciated. mbst-grab-results.zip
  5. When I open Malwarebytes, I get notification that not all real-time protection is turned on. However, when I try to start:Real-Time ProtectionWeb Protection: Prevents connecgtion t malicious or compromised websites. The word "starting" pops up and just hovers there. It never turns on. Any thoughts, advice? Today, a small screen in the lower right hand corner of my monitor popped up and will not go away: It states: Real-Time Protection layers turned off One or more Real-Time protection layers are turned off. Turn on all Real-Time Protection layers to block and prevent threats. However, when I click on the "turn on" button, nothing happens. Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks.
