  1. So I was recently sold the HP tech support and 2 year warranty package with unlimited support and unlimited remote access diagnosis and assistance. It was a great deal and I am happy I did it. Maybe I paid for something that was included I don't know. My question is that I was also supposed to get Macafee virus protection and was told it was not supported because I had windows 10 plus or something like that, and was given the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware pro version in its place. A few questions I have are Do you know if it is true that Macafee is not supported on windows 10 plus? I was told all I need either the ID or the, OR the key. As having both shown or exposed could allow for someone to steal it. When I looked at the details it only showed the ID, the key was shown as stars so I could not see the key even though it was already installed on my computer. Lastly I was told that I had received the Lifetime version, that HP had access to providing that still. and that It was $169 for that reason. I was given a logical explanation to this and just wanted to verify if true. I have the 1.75 version. This is HP and the customer service experience was possibly the best I ever received so I just wanted to make sure I am not being dupped here. I have trouble believing that after the support and help they provided me. Can you make sense of this? Ben
