  2. Thanks Florinch! I've seen some other people with this problem also and so I did the suggested steps (copy Frst onto usb from a clean computer, go into windows re and plug usb port in and then do scan) I then ran Malwarebytes, rootkiller, and ADWcleaner. I do not see them in my processes anymore, however, I have a new FRST log, and there is an iffy driver still on there. I am not sure if I need to do anything further. FRST.txt Addition.txt
  3. I have tried everything I can to get rid of Windows Process Manager and WMCagent out of my background processes, to no avail. RogueKiller has been the only anti-malware program that has actually been able to find it and remove it, but it comes back when I restart my computer. The folders iaasekb and wmcagent can't be removed, and i'm at a loss as to what to do. I'm using Windows 10. FRST.txt Addition.txt malwarebytes.txt
