  1. Every time I open IE and then I run Adwcleaner, I get this as a Legacy threat. I need to use IE on occasion when a site doesn't display correctly on Firefox. If I need to remove an add-in or search feature, let me know. HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchScopes\{AFBCB7E0-F91A-4951-9F31-58FEE57A25C4} Thank you
  2. I was told that following PUP would be deleted permanently with the new 7.2.2 version: HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchScopes\{AFBCB7E0-F91A-4951-9F31-58FEE57A25C4} It is still showing up everyday.

    Malwarebytes for iOS SignUp (Beta)

I am currently a beta tester for Apple for the IOS. Does this make a difference in also beta testing the Malwarebytes IOS app?

My laptop is brand new with the latest Win 10 and HD PDI. Mine was like the second post. It worked. Thank you

    Yes
  6. When I open the latest version, the screen view is so small you can't see the start button. I expanded it to full open, clicked the X and then re-opened the app and it still is too small to see the start button. Is this a bug, or is there a fix to make the screen view larger? See the attached file for the view I receive on open. Using V3.5.1.2522 Thank you.

    Was this a false positive?

Why can't you just go through REGEDIT and delete all references to search scopes?

    nortonsafe.search.ask.com

    I'm using FireFox, not Chrome.

    nortonsafe.search.ask.com

I tried searching for this in the entire forum but nothing showed up. I apologize if this was already covered and fixed. I have the latest ADWcleaner 7.1.1 and I keep getting this as a a detection: ***** [ Firefox URLs ] *****PUP.Optional.Legacy nortonsafe.search.ask.com I keep removing it and rebooting my laptop, but it doesn't get removed. Is this a safe add-on, or do I need to remove this from FireFox? Thank you
