Just wanted to post an update.. After much troubleshooting and diagnosing i decided to start fresh and re-install Windows since i was having this and other problems with drive permissions. And i am now pleased to say that Malwarebytes is now working properly as are my permissions on my external drive and I am also now able to install games on my external ssd as well.. Thanks for the replies people!

This is a rather frustrating issue because I have been using Malwarebytes for a long time and have never had an issue like this and from what I have seen browsing the forums this is not the first time this has happened. Now I have always used the free version but I was actually thinking of buying into this program but I refuse to pay for broken software. So I'm in a bit of a dilemma here. How big of an issue is this going to be in the future? And how am I to be sure that what I'm paying for is gonna be there to back me up? I thought about trying the beta version you suggested but I'm not sure.

I am running a premium trial of mbam 3.4.5 and Im pretty sure these services are supposed to be running but they are not. Could anyone help me out? I have ran FRST64 and mb-check 3.1.10 and will include the logs in the post. mb-check-results.zip Addition.txt FRST.txt
