  1. You as well. This is the first time i have ever used a forum in my whole life, you made it an excellent experience. i appreciate it!
  2. I have done so, thank you very much for your time and effort Kevin, I greatly appreciate it!
  3. Yes it has fixed my issue! Thank you very much Kevin! I think all my issues are solved now, is there anything else you would like me to do?
  4. Thank you so much Kevin, truly you have been a life saver. I ran sophos and it found no issues and then I ran cc cleaner and deleted all the extra files and fixed all the issues and after restarting the program disaaparead from the task manager. Thank you very much. I could not get my laptop into recovery environment so I had to use a restore disk to get it into windows RE. Now every time I restart my computer, before the asus booting screen it gives me this option, as if I have my recovery disk still plugged in, which I dont. I attached the image. This is not a big issue for me so I am okay with it, but i was wondering whether you could help me fix it or not. If not I am good to go!
  5. this was the link for the google search that I had found. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2901385/unknown-program-named-program-appears-startup.html
  6. I cannot access the sophos link that you have posted. It just takes me to a browser and says not found.
  7. I looked it up on google and it says that it could be just a program or a virus that was removed but the temporary file is still there for some odd reason. This is the link I pressed on. Should I follow their instructions?
  8. when I right click on them the only options I can press are search online and enable, I cannot press the properties or the show in folder buttons.
  9. sorry i had forgotten to post the fixlog. Here it is attached. Also the open file location is unavailbale for me to press, it is grayed out. Fixlog.txt
  10. I also have this random thing in my task manager when I go into the startup tab. Im not sure what it is but it just called program with no publisher. I attached a screenshot. Should I be worried?
  11. Hello, I completed all the steps you told me to do. Thank you very much I greatly appreciate all your help. From what I am seeing, the windows processor manager 32 bit is no longer shown in my task manager, hopefully it has dissapeared from my system. Here are all the logs you have asked from me attached. The file named scan report is from the malware bytes report. AdwCleaner[C01].txt MSRT log results.txt scan report.txt
  12. I completed the steps required. Here is the FRST file. My infected computer is still in recovery mode. FRST.txt
  13. I have also used the malwarebytes anti-rootkit (mbar.cmd) and removed any threats and deleted them from the quarantined section. Yet the problem still persists heavily. I attached a screenshot of my task manager. There is also a background process named wmcagent 32bit that I cannot access the file of because I do not have permission, even though I am the only user and the admin on this computer. There could also be more files that I do not know about. I have attached screenshots.
