  1. Just another one today... I am really fed up with those BSODs... This is a PC that my work and professional reliability depends on, and I cannot risk losing any files. So, I deactivated the MB Premium license and reverted to MB Free with all Real-time protection OFF. I am so disappointed with Malwarebytes this year...
  2. Hello, I also had a similar BSOD a few minutes ago. (For what is worth, the Windows Update installed some updates today). I attach the minidump to check. I am running: Looking forward to your response. 071118-5912-01.zip
  3. Could you please clarify what would be the best procedure? For example, right now I am using ESET Internet Security and Malwarebytes Premium but with "Web Protection" OFF. Should I disable one of the ESET features mentioned above, then enable Malwarebytes "Web Protection" and then re-enable the ESET feature I disabled?
  4. 1. I have tried Firefox and Chrome with the same results. 2. No, there are no website block notices from the web protection. It just won't connect to any website except the Google related ones. 3. Yes, I installed the newer version of Malwarebytes on June 29 in an attempt to fix the "Web Protection" problem but the problem persists. EXACTLY the same here... Also, the connection to my router failed via IP address (when web protection was enabled), like Eleventeen experienced. Since Eleventeen tried the above workaround with ESET settings with no effect, I am not going to modify anything here. It seems that there is a strange relationship between ESET and Malwarebytes...
  5. Thank you for the suggestion but I will wait for a better solution... I also use ESET Internet Security so I guess it will be OK.
  6. I would like to clarify that, in my case, when Web Protection is ON I cannot access any websites except the Google related ones. (By "certain webpages not loading" I meant the problems other users have with Web Protection)
  7. Hello, Please find attached the logs. When Web protection is ON, I cannot access any other websites except the Google related ones (Gmail etc.). This issue occurred today for the first time and although I updated to the latest beta version, the problem persists. So I had to turn off Web protection in order to have full Internet access. EDIT: I realized that other users have similar problems with Web Protection (certain webpages not loading) and I saw that the suggested solution was to update to the latest beta version. However, the update did not fix the problem. mbst-grab-results.zip
  8. A few months ago I had problems with Ransomware protection. Now, it's the Web protection... Too many problems, too many "heartaches" with Malwarebytes this year. I think I will not renew my license this time... BTW, why there is not an option to disable "Auto renewal"?
  9. Hello exile360, Thank you very much for the detailed response, I really appreciate it! Following your advice from other threads with similar problems, I turned off Ransomware protection and everything seems stable for the time being (no Malwarebytes crashes/restarts, no computer slowdowns or windows freezing in desktop and no errors in the Windows Event Log since then). Do you think that I still need to make the suggested changes in ESET settings? Thank you for your time!
