  1. dcollins, thank you for confirmation! It is a relief to know that this isn't being caused by any malware on my PC. Just an update, I followed instructions from another post and went in to my settings > Application > Install Application Updates. It did install something although my "component package versions" never changed... None the less, ever since doing this I have not seen the pop up. All is good for the time being, thank you!
  2. Fair enough, thank you for the reply! I appreciate it.
  3. Hello, I know this was an issue in the past, but just verifying that it is still not resolved... I have a 3 client premium license used for 1 PC and 2 MAC computers. The PC shows up on my Malwarebytes account page, but the MAC's are not present. Any update as to when we can expect to begin seeing the MAC clients appear on our account page? This would be nice for auditing. Thanks!
  4. Update: Following another users thread who has the same issue:
  5. Hello, Recently, my Malware bytes Premium has begun triggering a pop up on my Windows 10 box. It says "Real-Time Protection Turned off", but then goes away in about 2 seconds. When I check Malware bytes, all protections are turned on. I am trying to find out why it disables for a few seconds, then cuts back on. I get this alert roughly 5 times a day and every time it only lasts for about 2 seconds. Is Malware bytes doing this during updates or something? Any ideas? Issue: Started ~ 2 weeks ago and says RT protection is off, but then cuts right back on Platform: Windows 10 Version: Premium 3.5.1
  6. Response from support - Unfortunately you are correct, the Mac activations are not shown in MyAccount page at the moment. The count will be reflected in MyAccount as soon as the Mac activations will be available again. We are working to allow the Mac license activation to be shown in the MyAccount page.
  7. Just updating my post: I have received a few PM's from individuals also wanting to know this answer as their Mac's are also not displaying on their subscription tab either. I have opened a support ticket with MalwareBytes ~ 4 days ago and am waiting for a response. Once I get an answer / resolution I will relay it on this thread.
  8. Hello, I recently purchased a 3 seat premium license to Malware bytes. I have now added (1) Windows and (2) MAC computers. On my account subscriptions page, I only see the one Windows computer listed. The two MAC computers are MIA. As far as I can tell, the MAC computers installed the application correctly and say full premium after my key was activated. Is this a glitch? Are my MAC clients actually working? (no indication that it isn't). Am I able to use my key on as many MAC's as I want seeing that none ever show up on my account? (I wouldn't, but this seems like a huge flaw). Lastly, is there any way to validate the MAC client is actually working as intended? I know Windows clients can run an executable to verify, but I have found nothing on the MAC side. I have a MAC suspected of having ransomware, but when Malwarebytes runs, it finds nothing. Thanks!
