  1. Hi. I have just reached out to support on this matter. I have disabled Web Protection via the management console and we still had a few devices BSOD with the NETIO.SYS. I have disabled all Realtime Protections on those devices and still have BSOD being reported. Suggestions?
  2. Hi - We use the Malwarebytes Endpoint protection cloud service - I assume that will automatically update my endpoints?
  3. I raised a case with support after my daily scan today reported bitcoin miner detections in the file autochk.exe across the majority of my devices today. Support case 00057411. I was told to come to this forum (where I can see several other people are having this issue) and upload a copy of the autochk.exe file. autochk.zip
  4. I have got the same issue and have raised it with support with case number 00057411
