  1. yes im still here. It didnt work because it downloaded as "fixlist (2)". I removed the (2) and it worked. I sent you the results
  2. So the one with the error happened right when I opened frst64.exe. After the scan a successful pop up came up. Then the yellow caution sign happened. I restarted the computer and there’s no notepad/txt file in the flash.
  3. when i inserted my flash drive, this popped up. When i click continue or try again, the part where it says Harddisk2, will change to either Harddisk1, Harddisk3, and Harddisk4
  4. will i lose any files or data stored onto this computer? besides the malware and folders it contains?

  6. I’ve had this problem for a while and nothing is helping! I go on my task manager and see 2 types of apps running in the background. Both called vmxclient. It won’t go to process if clicked and it won’t kill process....nothing. I notice that sometimes it appears and disappears from the apps tab. When it appears I hear my desktop fan going off the roof! When it’s gone it’s very silent. I also notice in my process tab a IGFXMTC.exe and a dwioaem.exe (4 processes). Nothing happens when I click on them. They just appear and disappear on their own. Please help!!!
