  1. FYI I have created ticket to MB and waiting. I used CleverBridge support-form to send another email (very specific) and I received again a generic answer.
  2. Thanks dcollins, I have missed that option, because I was trying to log-in (but customer login is disabled). I would suggest to make it easier to see - ticket link - support chat
  3. In the last 5 days I am trying to renew my license. To do that I need to replace my PayPal account into my MalwareBytes Account. - Unfortunately, there is no such an option - Unfortunately, there is no way to contact with MB (no email, no form, no possibility to create a ticket) - Unfortunately, I received one generic answer from CleverBridge, not actual support, no replies to further emails that I sent My license is going to expire and I do not have a way to update it. This is not support at all.
