  2. Installed the latest version per your instructions. So far the web protection remains on. Can you leave the ticket open for two days while I check it during this time? Thank you for your help.
  3. Malwarebytes Premium has been running for a number of months without a problem. Had McAfee for years before then switched. I tried a number of providers with free 30 day trial until i selected Malwarebytes. Until last week I never had an issue with the real-time web protection staying on. Now it won't turn on at all. I ran the software per your website, results attached below. mb-check-results.zip This is not my primary laptop, it is an older (Windows 7 64-bit gaming laptop). Please help, thanks
