  1. Thanks so much that solves the problem! I couldn't tell you how many times I looked at that Settings>>application pane without seeing the Install Application Updates button - it looked to me like everything was being updated automatically.
  2. I continue to get notifications that the real time protection isn't running and I can't get it to start. I've tried everything \i can think of to correct the problem including the fixes I read about on this forum. I saw that FRO had the same problem and I followed the same instructions he was given and I've included the logs in the hope that someone will be able to read them and tell me what's wrong?
