Deleted Files That I Need Back.

A buddy of mine scanned my computer with Malwarebytes Premium Trial, There were a lot of files and alot of threats that my buddy quarantined and then deleted. I try to use A program that i always use and it doesn't work, Crashes. I look into my Malware tab and go to REPORTS tab on the right and click "Malware Blocked and i see a file that i need in there, and under ACTION it says Quartuined. I go to The QUARTUINED tab on the right and see nothing is in there... Can i recover this file and get it back onto my computer. -
