  1. Think I forgot MSERT log but it found nothing. JoyLab is gone. Problem with Firefox persists. It will not open a web page and will not let you use toolbar . Used download from legit Mozilla sites. Even used a download from my PC that I transferred over to his PC with Team Viewer. I deleted it manually several times including app data and all programX86, program , program data. Ran Ccleaner after to no avail. At one time during an install got this error VC Runtime 140_1.dll not found. Do not think it is adware anymore but a VC Runtime problem. Thanks for your help. Open to any suggestions.

  2. Seems like Firefox and possibly other browsers are hijacked. Found a program C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\JoyLabOAH.exe that cannot be removed. I get This action cannot be completed because the file is open in JoyLabOAH. Tried command prompt and task manager to close it but it auto restarts. Tried SERVICES but no option  to change settings. Malwarebytes keep blocking suspicious extension ssoextension.com. Malwarebytes Premium scan finds no threats detected Thanks for any help

  3. My PC is crashing once a night and Blue Screen iewer is showing MWAC.sys as driver causing it. Running Window 10 Pro and Malwarebytes Pro all up to date.
