Thank you for the quick reply, I was panicking that my system might've been corrupted due to it being a system file.

I've had malwarebytes for years and doing a quick scan has picked Werfault.exe as a Trojan.ServStart, after researching I found that it is a Windows System 32 file and the file in the folder still has the signature for Microsoft. Is this just a false positive or am I likely to be infected?
