  1. Hi there, Just checking back regarding my tickets.. sent on Sept 4th and Sept 8th I'm still not able to purchase a subscription, and I haven't heard back from anyone yet. Just looking for some help. The options just keep me going around in circles with no confirmation of purchase. I've sent 2 tickets. 3994724 and 3989465 Thanks!

  4. For the past week, I've been unable to renew my subscription, even though my account is set to auto renewal. I've sent 2 tickets for help and I haven't heard back from anyone. This has been a problem since I started subscribing years ago. How do I pay for a renewal? Thanks!
  5. Trying to renew my subscription, but I can't find a way to do that. This happens every year and I have my setting set to auto renew, but it never does. Now my subscription has expired. How do I continue to subscribe and continue receiving the service? ( I've also created a ticket.) Thanks!
  6. How do you do that? And how do you find the log that pertains to the website I'm talking about - I looked in "Reports" and I have no "report" from today. Thanks
  7. Hi- I seem to be getting blocked malicious pop ups when I log onto Rotten Tomatoes. It doesn't block the site - I just get a popup. I don't get it on anything else. what should I do? Thanks.
