I would like you to uninstall 2.02 and run the cleanup program for it - http://downloads.malwarebytes.org/file/mbam_clean
Then run the cleanup program for Anti-exploit - http://downloads.malwarebytes.org/file/mbae_clean
Then I want you to restart the computer and retry to install Beta 3.03

I will need to get a couple of reports to start with
First open Malwarebytes> click Settings>Application and enable the Event Data log.
Wait a few minutes and try and activate Malwarebytes again
Then I would like you to zip up the report and send it to me pleasec:\program data\Malwarebytes\Mbamservice\logs\MBAMSERVICE.log
After you've done that, turn off the Event Data log option.
