  1. Hi, I downloaded a file from a dropbox location with no warnings from malwarebytes, but I did get the following warning when I tried to donwload it from onedrive, warning: Website blocked due to suspicious content Website Blocked: iqkpqa.db.files.1drv.com v2.6.27 | Heuristics: suspicious content Malwarebytes Browser Guard blocked this page because it may contain malicious activity. Warning icon We strongly recommend you do not continue. You may be putting your safety at risk by visiting this site. For more information, visit Malwarebytes Support. I downloaded the file from onedrive anyway, it passes a scan from mwb and another AV product, file size is 164,831,232 bytes so cannot upload here.
  2. Hi I have tried raising a ticket several days ago, no response. Booked a call for today no call. Is there a way I can get this fixed?
  3. Hi, I have had a license for 3 devices that I have been renewing since 2017, I tried to add another device a few weeks before renewal as my current account bank has recently stopped providing the additional licenses that I needed for my Laptop etc. I had a device allocation of 3 of which 2 were in use, recently decommissioned a VM. I tried to increase the devices seeing that I had 1 license I though if I change it to 2 I would get more licenses to use. But instead my allocation dropped from 3 to 2 devices and I was charged an extra £0.14 for the last few days and £39.99 for the renewal, instead of the original £29.99. Can this be reversed or fixed?
  4. Thanks, do you know why these had trojan blocks set on them. I actually place orders on the Waveshare website often. The statewatch block is also worrying as it looks like an attempt at political censoring.
  5. Hi, A couple of websites were blocked after visiting them, we are they blocked? https://www.statewatch.org/ https://www.waveshare.com/ The blocking of the waveshare website is strange as it does not show the malwarebytes warning page, but instead looks like a dns/ connection error I checked my malwarebyte logs and found that it was silently blocking the website, why is this?
  6. Hi, Can you check this blocked site, Malwarebytes indicates that it may contain a trojan? Given the source I think/ hope that this is highly unlikely: hxxp://www.javalemmings.com/public/zxnext/CSpect2_12_5.zip -Joe

  8. Hi, is this site actually carrying a trojan? https://www.switchdoc.com/2019/04/new-kickstarter-skyweather-system-raspberry-pi-2/?fbclid=IwAR3YTleoHcVDcm9GmjOOVKv4RzVqLTlFOPwvP1kK3yfyQSW99yyLXUfoKeA
  9. Hi, I don't know why I put server at the end, it is just a normal windows enterprise machine. Waited an hour just in case and finally hit reset - malwarebytes no longer installed, reinstalled malwarebytes license code for premium still registered. Windows update must have been waiting for a restart. Seems OK now.
  10. Any chance of a reply on this? I need to get back on my machine. The auto reply does not apply at all.
  11. Hi, I received an update alert from malwarebytes when trying to use malwarebytes to scan a file, so I let it update, it then notified me that a restart was required. It has been stuck on the "getting Windows ready do not turn of your computer" grey screen for the last 20 minutes, what should I do? Windows 10 Enterprise server.
  12. Sorry for posting this twice, posted this on the end of a thread for a separate report. I have just found some false positives(hopefully), from an old set of installation files, herewith zip archive and scan report. Password for zip is "infected". Scan Report.txt possible trojan.zip
