  2. Seems to be working! We'll see how it does.
  3. The managed software resides on the computer with the virus that is in repair as we speak (so inaccessible). Each computer has a standalone version that says "Corporate" on it. We are opening that version, and selecting update, and it is not updating. PS - i am the IT department. We are a company of 17 people, and I do it unless I can't.
  4. I'm selecting check for updates, and it is not updating past v2018 02.01.09. Is there a direct link somewhere?
  5. FW Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 2015 11 16 General Engineering Consulting Services.zip
  6. Does that mean it may be able to remove it? Haven't sent the email - in the middle of a backup, but will shortly.
  7. I can't figure out how to attach the email to the message board. Would you prefer I forward it to an e-mail address?
  8. We have real time protection. The two of have gotten notifications of detections of this virus, but it didn't prevent us from getting it which is how we knew something was wrong. It also didn't show up in the scan. Thanks for your help - we have someone who is going to clean my computer. We will give him the other one after this. No one else clicked the link that the two of us did - and haven't gotten any notification alerts. Are the other computers also in jeopardy?

  10. Oh my - how does this happen with Malwarebytes Enterprise installed? Should I do this with each of the other four computers who received this email that backdoored me? Do I start a new topic for each one?

  12. I understand thank you. I ran full scan last night - but are the logs saved somewhere, or do I need to do another full scan? I am a business with an Enterprise license. I have no pirated software, we are pretty darn good about monitoring installations and licenses. First question -where will if find those logs? I am ran the scan using my desktop version, not the via the management console. If I need to do another scan, is there a reason why I should use the management console?
  13. I've seen this from other members I am pretty certain I got this from an email with a link I clicked - my email server detects that specific email as a virus. I keep getting detections, but it is just not being removed. A full scan finds nothing, but during the day I get notifications, and the files are quarantined. I am now worried it is logging keystrokes as I am having problems with logging into online accounts.
