  1. I am not tech savy so please bear with me. My malwarebytes seems to be missing. When I click the icon it says unable to connect to service.

  4. The MB icon seems to have disappeared from the tray. I opened MB from desktop and turned off Ransomware Protection but problem persists. Thanks for your message.

  7. After the last big upgrade my windows 7 shut down button would not work and then my issues got worse until I went to the forums and learned that many others had issues. Issues were finally resolved. Now, I upgraded again and yes, the shut down button won't work. Any suggestions?
  8. I agree 100% about the email. I'm totally non tech savy so when my windows 7 went crazy I did everything in my limited knowledge to stabilize it to no avail. I was just about ready to pack it up and bring it to a repair tech when I checked out the forum. Thank goodness. I do wonder how many others are still in the dark as to what happened. Communication is everything.
  9. I am beyond upset about today's issue. There is no excuse for causing so much stress for so many of your subscribers. I have an on line business and was unable to communicate with my customers. Not only that but I was just about ready to packup my pc and take it to a tech to be fixed. At the very least you need to advise your subscribers about upcoming updates and that they may experience technical issues as a result. Secondly you need to do more in house testing before releasing potentially damaging updates. I will definately reconsider renewing my subscription.
