  1. Except that thanks to MB3 things will not open, as I have been repeatedly trying to explain. I don't trust this product anymore; I think the best bet is to try uninstalling. *several minutes later* Aaaand the uninstaller froze. Because of course it did.
  2. Gee, maybe try to actually offer a fix instead of parroting the same stupid, useless pap over and over again?
  3. It had 7 when I bought it but I updated to 10. And it must be related to MB3 because it worked fine last night. I wish I had never bought this stupid program.
  4. Do what into whatnow? Also update, now the screen is lit but black. Still on, just black screen. I assume this is some variety of crash?
  5. Did you miss the part where I can't download anything because clicking is frozen? This is not a memory issue; MB3 broke something else and I want my money back.
  6. Glad to know I'm not the only one! Hopefully the admins get their heads out of their asses and fix this.
  7. I know the pat answer is just keep restarting, but I've restarted 6 times now and it still freezes when trying to get online. I need my money back if this can't be resolved.
  8. I have this same problem. They just say keep restarting and it will fix itself, but I'm on the fifth restart and I still can't get online or do anything else. I swear to god if this fuks up my laptop permanently I'm suing for replacement costs.
  9. So I too found out the hard way about this lovely bug, only now it's seemingly taken on a new added side-effect: Telling me that Windows is unable to access the specified path or file because I 'may not have the required permissions'. MB3 is the only change I made before the thing started acting out. I want my money back.
  10. Welp, now it's not freezing but it's instead telling me that I can't open the internet because 'windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. Yo may not have the required permissions'. What the censored did MB3 do to my machine and how do I get rid of the damn thing so I can use the internet again?
  11. So just last night I upgraded to MB3 and felt so proud of myself for being proactive about system safety. Cut to this morning. My computer turns on but keeps freezing. I can't do a damn thing about it because clicking does nothing. Even the clock freezes. I can't download anything to fix it with, because again, the internet will not open at all. I hate this stupid program and I want my money back. I am posting this from my phone because again, the computer is useless now.
