  1. Well, I subbed to this thread, so leave a sticky tab on my desk for me about what the root cause was because I am now going to bed and will wait until much later in the day to attempt to install it again.
  2. Not necessarily, In current versions of Win 10, they removed the ability to disable the windows update's from the Updates & Security settings without disabling the service, I had to go and make a few GP edits to kill the thing and blocked the windows update servers via host file. This may be so but just to be sure I am going to sleep on it for now as it's 6am I spent most of the last 3 hours screwing around wondering what was causing MWB to eat so much memory only to find it was nothing I did after I found this forum, so I simply went and re-applied my overclocks & TCP/IP v4 changes.
  3. I was just starting to think I did something after installing ProcessLasso & disabled services, applied registry fixes for TC/IP & ran TCP optimizer shortly before making a small overclock, causing MWB too chew memory & fail to reach the licence server. I just uninstalled it for now. Don't know how this happened through this program has always been well behaved up until now.
