Web Protection won't start- logs attached

Roadstump posted a topic in Malwarebytes for Windows Support Forum

I'm getting the same thing a lot of others are experiencing. MB Web Protection is off when PC reboots. When turned on it remains in constant "..starting". Machine then goes to black screen and attempts to reboot. Ran FRST64 and MBcheck. Logs attached. mb-check-results.zip
