  1. Your key is blocked by their system. Same thing happened to me. It thinks it's already in use. Have fun waiting a week for their stupid support to fix it.
  2. Yeah, same here. Personal machine went down and from there I could watch the domino effect as all the workstations in the office crashed one after another.
  3. They're not gonna do stuff lol. You'll have to dispatch techs to each and every one of those machines and manually fix it.
  4. Yeah, this was pretty ridiculous. Had to shut down all 25(!) machines at the office because they were all freezing up. Countless hours and money lost. Can't wait to get chewed out by my boss for switching us over to malwarebytes just a few months ago.
  5. What testing department? There is no testing or QA at malwarebytes, as clearly demonstrated today.
  6. Malwarebytes has adopted the EA way, now updates come in lootboxes. Better pay up!
  7. There is no QC... just automated bug check. No humans to test anything. It's cheaper that way.
  8. Or just take the easy route and have your bank block the transactions and mark them as fraudulent.
  9. Of course now after reinstall I can't activate MBAM anymore... says my key is already in use. Thanks malwarebytes, really great experience. So glad I paid for this.
