  1. Note even if renewal is disabled, you cannot delete your payment method. Just so you potential customers know in the future.
  2. I know the moderators of this forum are not to blame. So I'm not throwing any blame your way. But whoever in upper management decided this; they sure are scummy. Even with auto-renewal disabled. You. Can. Not. Delete. Your. Payment. Information It's on the Malwarebytes database for life. (Yes it was probably there regardless of this tool working or not)
  3. Thanks Arsenal123 that did the trick. For anybody else that runs into this problem, your original confirmation email should look like this. Just look for Manage Subscription

  5. Thanks for the help. I did a bit of Googling and it seems to be a common problem. Seems kind of "strange" that malwarebytes allows its customers to add a different payment method, but cannot delete said payment method. Anyways for those that get stuck like me. Here is a thread with solution.. it can be painful if you have already deleted your original confirmation email from MB

  8. Why does Malwarebytes have such an awful redirect when using Chrome? I have no idea how to fix this issue. I tried to access the Canadian government website and Malwarebytes reports this as Phishing. Come on this is sad. Please fix this. My subscription is up for renewal in a few months. If I can't even use a basic government website, I don't see a reason to renew my subscription with you guys. Attached is the warning and the government website is below.   9. Thanks for this thread. My PC was stuck at the Shutting Down blue screen. I tried letting it run automatically. Went to bed. Woke up the next day. Still at the Shutting down screen. Thanks to you guys, I found out the reason. Now I make sure to manually kill Malwarbytes from Windows Task Manager and disconnect my internet connection prior to shutting down. I'm on Windows 7 x64 Maybe the staff can fix this? I've been a SUBSCRIPTION premium member for 3 years and these glitches are ridiculous. Why is it that all things on subscriptions are broken

  11. Good catch. I downloaded the newest version online, there's still a bit of lag, but its better than before. Not as fast as completely uninstalling malwarebytes though, however will have to wait and see if a new version makes it better. thanks for the tip

Hi, I'm using Malwarebytes Premium Home and lately noticed that my windows explorer is lagging terribly when opening folders, opening files or even just using arrow keys to move up and down a folder tree. I uninstalled Malwarebytes and now it's all smooth. Anyone else experiencing this problem? Any tips to fix it? Thanx
