  1. I have not used Malwarebytes since December, when these incompatibility problems started. Today I decided to install MBAM again to see if the problem was solved, and it was only after the installation was finished that the computer crashed again. I uninstalled MBAM and the problem stopped. My license will expire next month and apparently I will not renew.

  3. In recent months Malwarebytes has caused several incompatibilities with Windows and other programs (such as Kaspersky). It's been 2 months since I uninstalled Malwarebytes and never had any problems, and I'm not missing it either. I believe that when my license expires, I see no point in renewing.
  4. I have the same problem here. I use MBAM together with Kaspersky Internet Security, and after upgrading KIS to version 2020 the system started to have instabilities, only returned to normal after I uninstalled MBAM. I spent three days using just KIS and the computer worked normal, but it was just installing MBAM again that started to crash everything.

  6. I did not disable it. I also do not see the logic in doing so, after all I paid to have KIS working with all its features. Is there no alternative?
  7. It happened again today. After KIS finished scanning rootkits, I closed MBAM and when I tried to open it again, the message I showed on the printscreen appeared. The result of the analysis is also attached. mbst-grab-results.zip
  8. Good night and thanks for the help. I have already installed the newer versions of MBAM and KIS.
  9. The problem happened again, even though I put the MBAM files in the trusted KIS list.
  10. I'm having a similar problem, but in my case I can not change my username.
  11. Ok, I've added exclusions to Kaspersky. Regarding Application Updates, I received the message "There are no updates available." I'll have to wait for KIS to scan rootkits to make sure the problem has been fixed. Thanks for the help.
