People, here is what I did to get this to stop. It seems that is was caused by one of my Chrome extensions, which one I am not sure but I went into the Chrome extensions setup area and removed almost all (had crazy ones I do not remember installing) anyway now that I removed these I restarted Chrome and all seems well. Hope this helps someone else, I actually got the idea from the Mozilla FireFox site that was having the same problem (I only had the issue on Chrome but when you are searching for a solution you have to try all sources)

I just started getting this today as well, have tried everything. The last time something like this happened nothing fixed it but uninstalling chrome and reinstalling it may be time to switch to FireFox.
