our pcs are having the same issue but it looks like it is happening when opening IE. The newest version does uncheck the options and not show the issue but it is still not a fix just a work around. I was wondering if there was an eta on a fix or what the status on this was for being fixed? Thanks, Brian

i responded to the email the file did not make the zip file when run as administrator. also it said it made a new ticket Thanks, brian

im having this same issue installed on a windows 10 pro machine. deployment is from our management console, i just made the deployment today. Thanks, Brian

really its only the website blocking thats broken should be all you need to disable

can confirm its 2018.1.27.03 worked before i updated and was on 2018.1.27.01
