  1. It's obvious something is very wrong with Malwarebytes criteria for blocking sites! These false positives have been happening for years yet they continue. Malwarebytes needs to be held accountable for all these false positives, the damage they cause to good companies, and change their program accordingly!
  2. Sue them! I have also visited a number of sites that I know are not malicious and been given this warning: " Malwarebytes Browser Guard blocked this website because it may contain malware activity." Until Malwarebytes is hit in the pocket book they will keep damaging the reputationss of good sites!
  3. What really sucks is that Malwarebytes Support told me the wrong people to contact. The answer comes after a series of googling only to find incorrect information and a series of phone calls for something that was touted as easily done through account settings, which in fact, is also false. The answer is not Cleverbridge as told to me by Malwarebytes Support. but Avangate. at (678) 666-2660 in North America , +31 20 890 8080 in Western Europe, and +40 31 710 1610 in Eastern Europe. This was accurate as of 1/23/2018. Malwarebytes Support should know this and update their information. I am not a paid support technician but maybe I should be.Hopefully my post, even as grumpy as I can be, will also inform Malwarebytes users with this issue properly. BTW Autorenewal as default is lame!

I was promised upon installation that I could easily cancel auto renewal through My account Link in Malwarebytes Program. Now this seems to not be the case. I don't know whether this is accidental or by design but if not corrected this seems like a deceptive business practice. i will pursue action with my bank if necessary to ensure no payments in the future. I won't mind renewing my subscription, (providing these discrepancies are corrected). but at a time of my choosing not automatically! As it turns out I just found the info needed. I had to cancel through avangate. What a pain in the ass! I just spent an hour finding this information! failure to communicate-old1.mp3

Malwarebytes should remedy this and make the process available through the program itself with valid links to do so and make auto renewal optional at installation! I am seriously considering another antimalware program when this subscription runs out especially considering that it seems like Malwarebytes has frozen my browser and computer several times! WTF!
  6. How do I turn off auto renewal of subscription? I was promised an option to do so when installing Malwarebytes Premium. Now there seems to be no way to do it! Don't be the malware you claim to protect us from! I have tried from the My Account Link and through https://estore.malwarebytes.com/myaccount/my_license/ Either you have overlooked this option or have made it unavailable by design. neither gives me much confidence in Malwarebytes! Please correct the situation so I don't have to contact my bank telling them not to authorize any future payments.
