I have had several bouts with ThinkPoint on my windows 7 Dell Insperion. Both times Malwarebytes solved the problem. My question is I have not been able to find the hotfix.exe entry in Task Manager as suggested by the ThinkPoint removal protocol. Am I missing something or it hotfix.exe operating under another name? Thanks

I have been routinely receiving the following message on event viewer after my computer crashes: The server {C7E39D60-7A9F-42BF-ABB1-03DC0FA4F493} did not register with DCOM within the required timeout. Some on Google have suggested that I scan with Malware? Does this message look like a malware problem?
