Man, your standard of customer service is downhill, I am extremely disappointed .i am sure I am not the first who would say so, countless of people online has also experienced this.

it seems to me that you guys like to reply, to a ticket once per day (1 response per ticket per day). even tho you are still within ur operating hours! and this is not the first time i have experienced this
