  1. Agreed. I was going to wait a few days, rebooted instead, had trouble rebooting, so forced another reboot. And guess what? it's still eating all my memory. So even though I went through a problematic update 3 weeks ago, I've got to find out if my version is current and then... and then... and nahhhh. Disabled again for at least the rest of today, I just don't feel like playing Does It Work any more today.
  2. Same thing happened to me this morning. What a nasty little experience this was. How often do I ever say yes to a freaking popup anyways? But this time I did. And if I hadn't gone specifically looking for Malwarebytes after the update was installed, I would not have known it wasn't there. Sooooo wrong. I followed the "download this installer" link at the top of this thread and it appears to be back and running properly, but now I'll have to watch. Outrageous design flaw.
