  1. Thank you. Added telusplanet.net as an exclusion. Noticed I also get the trojan warning when opening Word application, just hadn't done that since July 1st. Not sure what changed July 1. Upon checking looks like I updated to Windows 10, version 1909 (2) June 30. Did not have a problem before this.
  2. If I sign out of MS Office and open Excel, I do not get the trojan warning. As soon as I log in to MS Office, I get the warning. Seems false, but should I just add an exclusion?
  3. I did not do anything but open MS Excel. All I am saying about the Domain it cites is I recognize it. Its not some foreign unknown website. This started July 1st but I have been using Malwarebytes for many years.
  4. I seem to have the same problem as: When I open the Excel application or any excel file, I get the following error: But the Domain provided is my email provider/server. AS suggested in the other person's post, I have run the support tool and gathered the logs. Attached. I have run an update to verify I am on the most current version: mbst-grab-results.zip
  5. I have just experienced this problem as well. Earlier this week I was having a problem with Microsoft programs not saving and crashing. Was directed to the below article from Windows troubleshooting. I went into Malwarebytes and did the Application Updates. This resolved my Microsoft problems. However, now I notice that Malwarebytes is no longer on my computer at all. NO evidence. Gone. While I'm not too upset about this as it had been absolute hog on my laptop, I paid money for this premium version. I would be happy to leave it gone but want my prorated money back for the year.
