  1. Anyone else disappointed by the email sent out the past week by Malwarebytes with the subject "Mother of all breaches"? It's all about this massive data breach, and after putting all this fear into people, they then offer to sell you their identity theft protection. And it's "only" $15-$33 dollars PER MONTH for 5 devices. That's not what I expected from this company.
  2. OK. I assumed the use of MWB was close to equal between Desktop and Android use. Who/what is @mbam_mtbr? Thanks, Andy
  3. I posted here as well to find out if others are having a similar issue. If they are, I can take that back to support and tell them they have a bigger problem than just my account. If it's widespread, support needs to know about it.
  4. As I was trying to resolve a renewal issue (that I've opened a separate tkt on with support), I discovered that the premium subscriptions on both my phone and my wife's phone had been deactivated (and I have no clue how long ago that happened, as I don't regularly check that. I expect it to stay activated since I'm still under a subscription. I'll be setting a monthly email reminder now to check out subscription status on all devices. Very disappointed by this). We have a 2-year premium subscription that auto-renews July 3. Has anyone else ran into this problem? Thanks Andy
  5. For some reason, my daily scan has stopped working. I happened to think about it today and saw the last scan was April 8. I did confirm that it is still set to scan daily at 2am. I went ahead and ran a scan, but I need to figure out why the daily scan stopped working all of a sudden. Any idea why this would have happened or what I can try to do to fix? I had cleared cache on my phone about a week ago due to another problem, so that's not the issue. I'm using a OnePlus 6T v10.3.9 Thanks, Andy
  6. I found my answer and it is possible (and pretty simple). Here's the link: https://www.howtogeek.com/119028/how-to-make-your-pc-wake-from-sleep-automatically/
  7. I have my desktop set to sleep after one hour of idle time. In addition, I also have Malwarebytes scheduled to run at 2am in the morning. Is there a way (either through some type of Windows task or via Malwarebytes) to wake my desktop prior to 2am so that it can run the scan? I'm running Windows 10 home edition. Thanks, Andy
