I was looking to get some advise on End Point Protection Reselling.
So we're an IT company that are looking to resell MB EPP (End Point Protection) to a few of our clients. Probably only 20-30 seats to start with nothing big.
- We've signed up to the partner bytes portal but we've got no clue what it's actually for? Most of the icons just take you to link on the MB site and don't actually do anything. Any why the PartnerBytes portal is a Mobile app I do not know??
- We've been in discussion with Kite, the reseller for MB. It sounds like they manage the billing and then just assign the licenses to your MB Reseller account?
We've just found nothing to be clear... It's a great product but this seems to be letting it down for us.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
