did reinstall. After trying to open. a pop up box appeared said no service, not connected. gave up. Looked to see if I could restore to previous version. Windows 7 was not an option. This morning uninstalled and reinstalled so far all seems ok.

had the no protection pop-up come up. then a larger pop-up. of course tried to turn on , but would not. this same trouble Dec 22,,2017. finally sent an email to support , heard back from them on Dec 26,2017. tried all their reset information . but it did not reset . finally figured out how to send the file they requested this morning .12/27,2017. Never understand if the system can turn itself off, why it cannot turn it back on.
