  1. Thank you so much. This fixed all of my problems.
  2. I get this following the link you sent me after I click download
  3. This is what it says. It is located in my startup folder. I also had tons of desktop.ini's lying around everywhere (my first startup after getting the virus had a desktop.ini on the desktop that I deleted) and I have deleted some of them but there are probably some hiding somewhere that I don't know.
  4. Thanks for helping btw. There is also a weird desktop.ini that opens up everytime I start up my desktop. Let me go find out what it says Fixlog.txt AdwCleaner[S1].txt
  5. I do not see any of these exe/files under my task manager or my local folder anymore. Thank you so much! I was wondering if there was anything else suspicious on my laptop that I should take care of according to these logs? Addition.txt FRST.txt
  6. Does the USB Flash Drive HAVE to have less than 4 GB or do you mean more than 4GB? I do have access to one that is more than 4GB. I also have access to another PC yes Fixlog.txt
  7. Yup, I tried to run mbar again and it detected igfxmtc.exe as a trojan the second time and promised to delete it on reboot. I rebooted, but I still have the virus.
  8. I have tried mbar before starting up this topic if what you mean is Malwarebytes Anti-Root Kit. Looking at mbar-log apparently it detected the trojan but never deleted it upon restart and I've restarted around six times ever since I first used mbar. mbar-log-2017-12-13 (18-49-21).txt system-log.txt
  9. I downloaded an english patch for one of my games and didn't realize that it contained a virus. I now have Windows Process Manager (32 bit) in my task manager taking up tons of CPU and weird processes named atbpwgesvc.exe located in my system32 folder and wont end when i try to click on end task. I tried a google search of atbpwgesvc but nothing came up. I was looking at my FRST text file and noticed that it belonged to TOSHIBA CORPORATION, so I'm not sure whether this is a virus or not, but I know for sure igfxmtc.exe (32 bit) is. This also wont end when i try to click on end task. igfxmtc.exe is located in my local folder under appdata. Looking at my Local folder I also see a cgsvlna, igfxmtc, and vsdtphx folder that I can't open because it says Access Denied. When I try and give myself permission under the security tab, it also says the same thing. I have tried to boot up in safe mode but everything still launches for some reason and I cannot delete the folders in safe mode. The virus first came with tons of adware and stuff but I managed to kill it off with a scan from antimalwarebytes, but for some reason these viruses aren't getting deleted. I have tried using FileAssassin, Unlocker, Zemana Antimalware, Adware Cleaner, RogueKiller, and Malwarebytes Anti-Root Kit. Addition.txt FRST.txt
