Hello to everybody,
I'm a Lenovo laptop user with Wndows 10 having issues with Malwarebytes (which hasn't been terrible, to be honest)
I have a couple issues I would like to find solutions to:
The constant pop-up feed at the bottom right hand corner of the screen is a reaction to 'coinhive.com', which I read somewhere had to do with some cryptocurrency strategy (for interacting with users, or potential users) Is there any way to get rid of this?
More importantly, I am told at regular intervals that I must upgrade Malwarebytes, and after going through the steps to do this, the install-loading box freezes and I have to do force it to close. What can I do about this, as I believe the out of date version is not working as well as it once did.
The only reliable option as I see it is to cancel my account and be done with it. (In which case, can you recommend an alternative to Malwarebytes?)
