  2. Not sure if I'm doing it correctly, but when I boot without the usb instead, it goes to the starting windows screen, but with the boot usb inserted, it says freeDOS against a black screen.
  3. It says, freeDOS against a black screen. With a blinking cursor at the end. None of the keys work.
  4. Articles states that it's for DOS. Does it still work for bios? Anyway, thanks for your help!
  5. No, I Haven't even started the tool yet. I remember that the tool needs to be burned into a cd. Is there a way to run the tool from a usb?
  6. I mean when the first time I started the installation, I installed into partition 2 before everything went downhill. No I didn't reinstall yet.
  7. Well it's a new installation, so I'm ready Edit: I installed Windows 7 into partition 2. Is it safe? Or have I installed in the wrong partition?
  8. I think my hard drive (HDD) was manufactured in 2011-12 or earlier. Since it come with a Nivida Geforce 315m. It's a really old pc, but I'll try to squeeze every single amount of power before it became a Brick. But thanks! I will try to run the test
  9. Starting my computer fresh by wiping out the c-drive and reinstalling windows, but halfway through the installation, I could not boot normally and have to boot in safe mode. This is the scan summery result of Malwarebytes 3: summery.txt And this is the state of my computer scanned using frst in administrator mode (I had used frst before): FRST.txt Addition.txt
  10. I will continue repairing my pc after 2nd Jan next year where I will come back from holiday.
