  1. Sorry to be so late with this reply but I wasn't notified by email. Thanks for the suggestions.
  2. I bought a new Samsung Galaxy S 21+ and transferred the data from a Galaxy 8+ at the Sprint store. The phone repeatedly has the ringer volume turned down on its own. I have confirmed that some voice mail messages have been tampered with. Parts of the messages have obviously been removed and replaced with noise that wasn't in the original message. Some of the aps have been messed with, for example Sirius XM. Some album covers appear to have been altered and the song title doesn't match what is being played. While wearing headphones an unknown song , not selected by me, started playing on its own and stopped when I clicked on Sirius XM. Icons in the notification area switch places a lot even when there are no notifications. I assume all this must mean malware even though Malwarebytes and Kaspersky find nothing.
  3. Unsolicited outbound connections seemed to have stopped. Malwarebytes stopped running once before the fix. I can't open AOL mail when using Internet Explorer and it always worked fine in the past. I don't know if this is still happening but sometimes at a web site gibberish or Latin will appear which makes me wonder if someone is altering things. On AOL mail and G mail the wrong time and dates have been present on the web. Thanks for your help.
  4. Had to restart the computer because it was stuck at 100% scanning and repairing for a long time. Fixlog.txt
  5. I did what you suggested but sync wasn't turned on in Chrome. More outbound connections were blocked since then and once Malwarebytes was stopped and had to be relaunched.
  6. I should have made it clear that the first time on 10/7 it happened at least 20 times when I tried to open my web mail. The second occurrence was on 10/14 when no one was even using the computer and it was a different site. It was an IP address in Tokyo that looked suspicious. It hasn't happened since. I will do what you suggested but wanted to make this more clear.
  7. On October 7th numerous connection attempts were blocked by Malwarebytes and it was a suspected Trojan . It happened again on the 14th. Neither malwarebytes or windows defender detected anything during scans. What could this be? Is it real or a false positive. MB.txt FRST.txt Addition.txt
  8. I scanned with Kaspersky and it didn't find anything. The computer is running much better-thank you for all your help.
  9. Here's the latest scan. I had to attach the scan because when I tried to copy and paste it all that showed up was the following link. "http://www.adlice.com/contact/" ReportRogue.txt
  10. It is running much better but I still notice some weird things. It seems that file sharing was turned on. Also, this pc and "workgroup" now showing under shared on my MacBook. Some email contents appear that they are being changed en route. Windows update was disabled. I bought an app from the Microsoft store and can't install it. Last of all, the system idle process is showing many connections from this computer to remote tcp port 53 in netstat.
  11. Here are all the current logs: MB.txt AdwCleaner[C01].txt FRST.txt Addition.txt
