You would have been tricked into allowing that site to send you notifications at some point in the past.   12. Hi @fredcreek, Have you encountered this issue on your Mac OS system? This space is specific to windows product. Please clear the Quarantine from Malwarebytes app and restart the system. Hope this helps.

Open finder, choose to go to folder from Go menu and copy paste below path ~/Library/Safari/Extensions delete searchExt.safariextz and rescan the system. To install a stable/release version user needs to uninstall the beta by clicking on Malwarebytes help menu > uninstall Malwarebytes (Reboot recommended) the permalink for stable/release installer file is > https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mb3-mac
